This is a 2500W short-wave infrared emitter, engineered for 400V line voltage. The quartz tube heats fast, and the response time matches the timing of SIPA heating cycles. It uses the standard R7s connector and fits the same physical envelope as the OEM lamp, so it drops straight into the existing holders and wiring. We match the filament layout and spectral output to the original, so the preform skin heats consistently—no scorching, no cold spots.

The details that make the difference

Verify the holders are clean and the lamp is seated squarely. Confirm the machine control is set to the correct voltage, and make sure the reflectors are intact—cracked reflectors scatter energy and change the heat pattern.
